Loneliness

Sadness is almost pleasantly melancholy because it allows you sorrow. Loneliness, though. There’s a panic to it.

It entangles you in an anhedonia that many people try to wrestle out of through drink and drugs. The struggle is futile. It only throws logs on the fire — and makes you swing upon a window for a gasp of air.

It’s good to voice note a friend in these times.
