Harry Potter

I’ve never read the Harry Potter books. But I’ve tried to write them.

As a kid, I took ‘The Philosopher’s Stone’ off the shelf... and tried to write it out on my parents’ computer. Fired up and determined to type out every word with my fingers. Craft my own creation. Ollie’s version.

I got through about 4 pages. Until my Mum told me off for being ridiculous and wasting ink.

Thinking back on it now: perhaps that’s when I became an author.
