Beam at baristas

Hug your Mum

Ask questions to Uber drivers

Say “nice job” to the last person marshalling the night train

Bin expectations

What makes you happy?

It’s awesome to ask for what you want

To tell people how you feel

And call them by their names

So chase change

Move your body

Lean into things you love

Take your clothes off

And salute the sun

Dance under it

Swing your arms

Drink water

And be happy

Because there’s love in the clouds

And fish in the sea

Because you are loved

And you are in control

So breathe deep

Take pictures

Pat elephants

Blast music

And call friends

Wake up early

Hike up mountains

Journal after forest walks

And be an active warrior

Not a passive participant

Anchor yourself in the present

Because inside and out, you are a beautiful human being

At home in the world

An asset to the planet

Reinvent the narrative

Life is music

Every day is fluffy and silly and amazing

The world is yours

And the universe is watching
